Confirm technical values and documentation for the quoted grade and intended use. Sample trials and agreed acceptance criteria should be completed before a production order.

Include the application, material preference, thickness and tolerance, sheet dimensions or roll width, quantity and destination market. For rolls, add core size, maximum diameter and winding requirements. Attach drawings or reference samples where available.
