PET Sheet Quality Checks

Agree on measurable quality requirements for the quoted grade before ordering.

Specify resin identification, recycled-content evidence where required, and the material records expected with the order.

Agree on thickness and width tolerances, surface appearance, color reference, roll condition and sampling method. Include functional testing when ESD or coating performance is required.

Check the finished packaging or panel on your production equipment. Define acceptance criteria for dimensions, appearance and performance.

Specify the required inspection report, batch identification and retention samples in the purchasing agreement.

Include the application, material preference, thickness and tolerance, sheet dimensions or roll width, quantity and destination market. For rolls, add core size, maximum diameter and winding requirements. Attach drawings or reference samples where available.
