Use grade-specific documents and production trials to develop your PET sheet specification.

Request a current TDS identifying the resin grade, physical properties, test methods and processing recommendations relevant to your application.

Confirm heating, forming, cooling and trimming guidance for the supplied grade. Do not transfer machine settings between grades without validation.

Specify the required report, sampling plan, batch reference and acceptance criteria. Ask for recycled-content or functional test evidence when these are part of the order.

Include the application, material preference, thickness and tolerance, sheet dimensions or roll width, quantity and destination market. For rolls, add core size, maximum diameter and winding requirements. Attach drawings or reference samples where available.
