Product availability and commercial terms are confirmed in the written quotation and order agreement.

The order should identify the material grade, dimensions, tolerances, quantity, test requirements and approved samples where applicable.

Confirm currency, payment terms, shipping terms, delivery schedule and packaging in the quotation. Website descriptions are not a substitute for an agreed specification.

Confirm material suitability for the actual application and destination market. Agree on supporting documentation and acceptance criteria before ordering.

Include the application, material preference, thickness and tolerance, sheet dimensions or roll width, quantity and destination market. For rolls, add core size, maximum diameter and winding requirements. Attach drawings or reference samples where available.
