Request relevant equipment information, process-control records, inspection procedures, batch traceability and packaging specifications. Confirm current evidence rather than relying on generic production claims.

Include the application, material preference, thickness and tolerance, sheet dimensions or roll width, quantity and destination market. For rolls, add core size, maximum diameter and winding requirements. Attach drawings or reference samples where available.
